The hotel is very well situated in the city of Buenos Aires.

The bed is very small for a couple.

the room was spacious, having a small porch and roof deck was a plus; it was good for our party of 2 adults, 2 older children, and had 1.5 baths. It was clean and fairly well decorated. AC worked well. Two great bakeries were near by.

This was not a hotel but an apartment building which was not particularly convenient to transportation. There is another palermo suites in Palermo, Buenos Aires which is a hotel. It should be clearer. There was a rental agent who seemed a little inconvenienced by our stay. She stated telephone was included, but we received a call saying the phone bill had not been paid. Apartment had many amenities, but some things (sink counters, closets were chipped and a little worn.

Quiet (at night only). Premium bakery right next door. Several cafes / restaurants very near and hundreds more within several blocks. 5 minute walk to subway. Nice view from the roof of the building. Relatively decent somewhat modern decor - 3 stars (American). Check-in and check- out had to be scheduled, but went well. Spacious for one person or a couple (even with 1 child). Cable tv with lots of channels.

WiFi broken half of the time and not accessible from all parts of the suite (apt 3b). Construction noise and vibrations (sledgehammers, jackhammers) on both sides, starting at 8 am even on weekends. The promised hot tub on the roof does not work. Other annoyances like broken toilet seats, power plugs. Wash-up fountain in the bathroom will hit the ceiling if not used carefully. No dishwasher. No washing machine. Suites are probably overpriced by 25%.

Nice restaurants and bakery nearby.

This is an apartment, so don't book on short notice. You will find a closed door and nobody to help. The ad said that there was a bubble both on the rooftop, but it clearly hadn't seen any water for a very long time. The view was also a bit disappointing, with neighbours in clearly less fortunate accommodation.
